Bethany Oleta Andrews and Matthew Joseph Epplin of Soldotna, Alaska, were united in marriage at 6 p.m. July 9, 2011, in Quality Inn at Clarkston, Wash.

Wesley Andrews officiated. Ferenc Cseszko’s String Trio provided music.

The bride is the daughter of Karen and Dale Andrews of Lewiston, Idaho. She is a 1999 graduate of Lewiston High School, a 2003 graduate of the University of Idaho with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology, and a 2010 graduate of Portland State University with a master of education degree. She is a third-grade teacher.

The bridegroom is the son of Cindy and Gene Epplin of Terre Haute. He is a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School, a 2002 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor of arts degree in history, and a 2010 graduate of Portland State with a master of education degree. He is a kindergarten teacher.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Justin Holt was honor attendant. Cassie Chatelain was a bridesmaid.

Christopher Epplin was best man. Tyler Boyd was a groomsman. Vivian Lee Dennehy was flower girl.

A reception followed. The couple took a wedding trip to Kauai, Hawaii, and now reside in Soldotna.
