Fagg-Long

Summer Marie Fagg and Greg Richard Long of Bettendorf, Iowa, were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. July 18, 2009, in First United Church of Christ at Clay City, Ind.

Donald Yegerlehner officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Susan and Mike Fagg of Clay City and a 2004 graduate of Clay City High School. She is a 2008 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural finance and a real estate loan officer with Quad City Bank and Trust in Moline, Ill.

The bridegroom is the son of Cathy and Richard Long of Clay City and a 2003 graduate of Clay City High School. He is a 2007 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural and biological engineering, and a 2009 graduate of Purdue University with a master of science degree in engineering. He is an engineer at John Deere in Moline.

The bride was given away in marriage by her father.

Micah Humphreys of Rosedale, Ind. was honor attendant. Elizabeth Harden of Cory, Ind., Mikki Warnock of Urbana, Ill., and Kara Trosper of Bloomingdale, Ill. were bridesmaids.

Scott Long of Plainfield, Ill., brother of the bridegroom, was best man, Cody Gerber of Clay City, Keith Mears of Delphi, Ind., and Joe Dynes of Columbus, Ind., were groomsmen.

Brad Long of Clay City, cousin of the bridegroom, Adam Ream of Clay City, and Keith Harmeyer of Lafayette, Ind., were ushers.

A reception followed in The Ohio Building at Terre Haute.

The couple took a wedding trip to Hawaii and now reside in Bettendorf.



Weihert-Hussmann

Natalie Ann Weihert and Michael Andrew Hussmann were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2009, in Foursquare Gospel Church.

The Rev. Merrillyn Smith officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Rachel Denny of Terre Haute, a 2002 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and a 2006 graduate of IUPUI with a bachelor of science degree in physical education. She received a doctor of physical therapy degree in 2009 from the University of Evansville and is a a physical therapist at ProRehab, PC in Evansville.

The bridegroom is the son of Joann and William Hussmann of Evansville and a 2002 graduate of North High School in Evansville. He received a bachelor of science degree in engineering technology in 2006 from IUPUI and is an engineer at Project Associates Inc. in Evansville.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother.

Melissa Bontreger was honor attendant.

Rachelle Frank, Emily Kirk, Mary Beth Potts, Laurel Guiley and Kate Hussmann were bridesmaids.

John and Matt Hussmann were best men. Matt Mullen, Joey Meier, Bob Nash and Jason Hedges were groomsmen.

Clark Simpson, Jason Conger and Andy Knapp were ushers.

Emily Fisher was flower girl. Dylan Olds was ring bearer.

Chelsea, Carly and Meagan Fisher also were attendants.

A reception followed in Zorah Shrine Country Place.

The couple took a wedding trip to St. Lucia and now reside in Evansville.



Laycock-Bishop

Rebecca Jane Laycock of Prairie Creek and Roger Max Bishop of Cory were united in marriage on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, in The Good Hope Baptist Church at Clay City.

Pastor Robert Dickey officiated. Pianist Amy Thompson provided music.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Laycock of Prairie Creek.

Shauna Lopez, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Tiffanie Cooper was a bridesmaid.

Grace Tiefel, niece of the bridegroom, was the flower girl.

The groom was given in marriage by his mother Brenda Bishop.

Graham Bishop was best man. Josh Bishop was a groomsman.

Tyler Lopez, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

Erik Tiefel, Jason Scales and John Laycock were ushers. Chelsea Rincker was guest book attendant.

A reception followed in the Meadows Banquet Hall in Terre Haute.



Crist-Foster

Lauren Crist and Eric Foster, both of Mooresville, were united in marriage on June 13, 2009, in Central Christian Disciples of Christ Church at Terre Haute.

The Rev. Rebecca Zelensky officiated. Phil Ewoldsen provided music.

The bride is the daughter of Sharon and Frank Crist of West Terre Haute and a 2004 graduate of West Vigo High School. She is a 2008 graduate of Indiana State University and a science teacher and volleyball coach at Mooresville High School.

The bridegroom is the son of Becky and Dave Foster of Lawrenceburg, Ind., and a 2004 graduate of East Central High School. He is a 2008 graduate of Indiana State University and a manager in the Foreign Trade Zone at the Indianapolis airport.

Kelly Allen was honor attendant. Sam Foster, sister of the bridegroom; Amy Bosley, “special sister” of the bride; and Adrienne Snoddy, Amy Pitts, Hannah Burns and Raven Lowe were bridesmaids.

Ellie and Maci Easton, twin cousins of the bride, were flower girls.

Kyle Howe was best man. Chad Hargrove, Josh Lusby, Joey Rogers, Sam Truitt, Bob Schmidt, Arik Wolf and Mike Wuesterfield were groomsmen.

Tyler Lannen, cousin of the bridegroom, was ring bearer. Kevin and Adam Crist, brothers of the bride, Shawn Montgomery and Zach Vonderheide were ushers.

Christy and Hannah Crist, sister-in-law and niece of the bride, were guest book attendants.

Jessica Drayton, cousin of the bride, was the scripture reader. Cody Crist, nephew of the bride, was greeter and distributed bubbles with Hannah Crist.

Wedding showers were hosted by the mother of the bridegroom in Lawrenceburg; and at the church in Terre Haute by Barbara McQueen, aunt of the bride, Jennifer Krockenberger, Lisa Serletic, Angie McQueen, Jessica Drayton, Brenda McQueen cousins of the bride, and Ramona Adelesburger.

The couple took a wedding trip to the Sandals resort in Jamaica and now reside in Mooresville.



Gounaris-Miller

Eleni A. Gounaris and Kyle Joseph Miller were united in marriage at 4 p.m. June 20, 2009, in Holy Trinity Church at Carmel.

The Rev. Anastasios Gounaris officiated.

The bride was given in marriage by Dr. Dennis Dickos. Chanter and organist Constantine Maniakas provided music.

The bride is the daughter of the Rev. Anastasios and Maria Gounaris of Carmel. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville.

The bridegroom is the son of Kimberly and Thomas Miller of Terre Haute. He is a graduate of Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich., with a bachelor’s degree in professional golf management. He is the head golf professional at Victoria National Golf Club in Newburgh, Ind.

Katrina Gounaris, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Selena Brewer, Milena Savich, Tatyana Bachkurinskaya Duncan and Kelley Miller, sister of the bridegroom, were bridesmaids.

Annabelle Pancake and Marina Bachkurinskaya Duncan were flower girls.

Kristofer Miller, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Bill McKenna, Erik Hayes, Ray Dunn and Matthew Gustafson were groomsmen.

Kent Laukaitis, uncle of the bridegroom, and Darin Pirtle were ushers.

Chris Pappas, godson of the bride’s family, was ring bearer and E.J. White was crown bearer.

Tana Hunnicutt was the wedding coordinator.

A dinner and dance reception followed in the Founders Walk in the church.

Ariana Savich was hostess and Alexis Gounaris, niece of the bride, was junior hostess.

The couple took wedding trip to Cancun and now reside in Newburgh.
