TERRE HAUTE — Miller-Lasher

Katelyn Anne Miller and Jeffery Ryan Lasher were united in marriage Aug. 28, 2010, in Bethany United Church of Christ in West Terre Haute.

Pastor Stephen Moore officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Megan and David Miller of Dennison, Ill. She is a 2008 graduate of Marshall High School and attended Indiana State University and Panama City Community College.

Lasher is the son of Barb and Steve Lasher of Greenwood. He is a 2005 graduate of Center Grove High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in aviation administration from Indiana State University, and is a second lieutenant in the United States Air Force as an air battle manager.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Kelly McClelland was honor attendant. Laura Finch and Katie Melcho were bridesmaids.

Lance Holdorf was best man. Pete McIntosh and Kirk Boyd were groomsmen.

Nicole Bryant, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl. Audrey Miller, niece of the bride, was ring bearer.

Patrick and Brent Lasher, brothers of the bridegroom, were ushers.

A dinner and dance reception followed in the Ohio Building.

Because of the bridegroom’s military commitments, a wedding trip is planned at a later date. They now reside in Midwest City, Okla.

Stewart-Skeel

Melissa Marie Stewart and Gary Hickam Skeel were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. July 10, 2010, in University Church in West Lafayette.

The bride is the daughter of Major and Mrs. Michael Stewart of Fayetteville, Ga. She is a graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School and Purdue University with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education. She is employed by the Vigo County School Corporation.

Skeel is the son of Jennifer Skeel and Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Skeel, all of Terre Haute. He is a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in applied meteorology. He is employed at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute.

The Rev. Joseph Tychek officiated. Pianist Janice Partlow provided music.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Melissa Nye of Indianapolis was honor attendant. Ashley Clayton of West Lafayette, Lian Nakaishi of Honolulu and Mikayla Stewart of Fayetteville were bridesmaids.

Ryan McCammon of Terre Haute was best man. Brian Ivanson and Nathan Taylor of West Lafayette and Michael Micchia of Lafayette were groomsmen.

Brooke Humphrey and Huon Fitzpatrick also served in the wedding party.

Monika Breiner of Emsdetten, Germany, was guest book and program attendant.

A dinner and dance reception followed in the Purdue Memorial Union-North Ballroom.

The couple took a wedding trip to Cancun and now reside in Terre Haute.

Thomas-Reeg

Sarah Thomas and Gavin Reeg were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. June 26, 2010, at Centenary Methodist Church.

The Rev. Donald Mullen officiated. Dan Tryon and Bill Cain provided music.

The bride is the daughter of Jennifer and Tom Thomas of Terre Haute. She is a 2007 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree and is employed by AT&T.

Reeg is the son of Cathy and Melvin Reeg of Columbia City. He is a 2008 graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business and is employed by Klipsch.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Emily Thomas Lindley was honor attendant. Melanie Reeg, Grace Anshutz, Megan Mulholland and Christy Pelych were bridesmaids.

Hugh Howard was best man. Daniel Lindley, Stephen Marchese, Tyler Ramsey and Geoff Davis were groomsmen.

Frank Anshutz and JC Thomas were ushers.

Lainey and Ella Anshutz were flower girls.

A reception followed in the Country Club of Terre Haute.

The couple took a wedding trip to St. Lucia and now reside in Whitestown.
