Mr. and Mrs. Robert. Adams
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Adams of Fairbanks will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, in Kingsley Memorial United Methodist Church in Fairbanks.
Friends and relatives are invited. It is requested that gifts be omitted but cards are welcome and may be mailed to 9237 W. County Road 775 North, Fairbanks, IN 47849.
The couple were married Dec. 3, 1960, in the home of her parents by the Rev. Eugene Personett. She is the former Sue Strain. He is retired from First Financial Bank and Pillsbury and is seasonally employed by Ceres Solutions.
The couple have six children, Darin and wife Penny, Lisa Hume and husband Brad, Lori Stone, Michael and wife Missy, Amy Morrison and fiancé Paul Mansfield, and Jamie and wife Martha. They also have 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
