Wickens-Ervin

Mr. and Mrs. Larry D. Wickens of rural Dana announce the engagement of their daughter, Karen Suzanne of Fishers, to Johnathan William Ervin of Fishers, son of William and Christine Ervin of Owensboro, Ky.

The couple will be united in marriage Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, during a private ceremony in Indianapolis.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of North Vermillion High School in Cayuga and a 2008 graduate of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis with a bachelor of science degree in health administration. She is employed by Women’s Health Partnership in Carmel.

Ervin graduated from Union County High School in Sturgis, Ky., in 1999 and is a 2001 graduate of Lincoln School of Technology with a major in business management. He is an online sales manager for Discount Tire Co. in Carmel.

Sheldon-Fathi

Ashley Sheldon of Terre Haute and Othmane Fathi of Casablanca, Morocco, will be united in marriage January 2011 on Windansea Beach in LaJolla, Calif.

The bride-elect is the daughter of William and Judith Sheldon of Terre Haute, a 2003 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High and a 2009 graduate of Lincoln Trail School of Nursing in Robinson, Ill. She is employed by Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Fathi is the son of Amina Lemkadem of Casablanca. He is a 2005 graduate of Group Scolaire D’ Anfa in Morocco and will graduate from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in May 2011.
