Mr. and Mrs. William  J. Lanke

Mr. and Mrs. William J. Lanke of Terre Haute celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on March 5, 2011.

The couple were married March 5, 1971, in the Church of Christ at Terre Haute.

Mrs. Lanke, the former Sandra Hartzler, is a retired Clay Community Schools Corp. elementary teacher.

Lanke retired in 2000 as vice president at Columbia House.

The couple have two daughters, Julie Lanke Dudrick of Hamilton, N.Y., and Amy Lanke Brink of Indianapolis. They also have two grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Neil Weger

Mr. and Mrs. Neil Weger of Terre Haute will observe their 60th wedding anniversary on March 17, 2011. A family dinner is planned in Indianapolis.

The Wegers were married March 17, 1951, in Lawrenceville, Ill., by Pastor Warren Smith.

Mrs. Weger, the former Faye Jones, is a homemaker. Weger retired from Eli Lilly & Co. in 1991.

The couple have four children, Thomas Weger and wife Jeanine of Indiana, Timothy Weger and wife Debbie of New Jersey, Michael Weger and wife Beth of Florida, and Rebecca Willimann and husband Ross of Indiana. They also have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
