Britt-Titsworth

Emilie Jeanne Britt and Kevin Thomas Titsworth of Indianapolis were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Aug. 6, 2011, in Union Christian Church at Terre Haute.

Pastors Aaron Story and Mark Grayless officiated. Musicians Callie and Brian Huffman, cousins of the bride, and soloist, Annie Rutschow, provided music.

The bride is the daughter of Kathie and Ken Britt of Terre Haute. She is a 2000 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School, a 2004 graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting, and a 2005 graduate of Ball State University with a master’s degree in accounting. She is an accountant with Indiana University Health in Indianapolis.

Titsworth is the son of Teresa and Gene Bechen of Bettendorf, Iowa. He is a 1996 graduate of Terre Haute South, a 2000 graduate of ISU with a bachelor of science degree in radio, television and film. He is employed by Southwire in Plainfield.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Amy Cornell, cousin of the bride, and Laura Britt, sister of the bride, were honor attendants.

John Michael Elmore was best man. Robie Myers, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, was groomsman.

Gene Bonfer, Matt Compton, Mark Long and Matt Cornell, cousin of the bride, were ushers.

Ashley Van Holsbeke was guest book attendant. Rebekah Titsworth, sister of the bridegroom, was a reader.

A reception followed in Country Club of Terre Haute.

MacKay-Giltner

Christine MacKay and Ryan Giltner were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. July 30, 2011, in Central Presbyterian Church at Lafayette.

The Rev. William Smutz officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Anne and Donald MacKay of Arlington Heights, Ill. She has a master’s degree in sociology and is employed by the Chicago school system.

The bridegroom is the son of Diane and David Giltner of Terre Haute. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in computer engineering, and is employed by Nokia.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Beth MacKay was honor attendant. Emily Teising,

Adriane Siefert, Chelsea MacKay, Ashley McGinn, Courtney Byers

and Kristin McFarren

were bridesmaids.

Mark Hervey was best man. Scott McFarren, Jesse Lapin, Matt MacKay, James MacKay, Jason Teising and Jeff Siefert were groomsmen.

Amanda Green and Renee Reed were readers.

A dinner and dance reception followed in the Purdue Union Ballroom.

The couple took a wedding trip to Mexico and now reside in Chicago.
