Cheever-Morgan

Erin Elizabeth Cheever and Joshua Adam Morgan were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011, in St. Patrick Catholic Church at Terre Haute.

The Rev. Rick Ginther officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Rich and Kathi Cheever and the bridegroom is the son of Rex and Melissa Morgan, all of Clinton.

The couple are 2006 graduates of South Vermillion High School and 2009 graduates of Indiana State University with bachelor’s degrees in nursing. She is a registered nurse in the obstetrics unit at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, and he is a registered nurse in the neuro-critical care unit at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Danielle Cheever, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Emily Walker, Chelsea Richmond, Jordan Sisson, Jill Albrecht, and Shonda Cheever, sister-in-law of the bride, were bridesmaids.

Ryan Shortridge was best man. Patrick and Taylor Morgan, brothers of the bridegroom; and Cole Milam, Dexter Dunham and John Paul Kanizer were groomsmen. Andrew Cheever, brother of the bride, was usher.

Emerson Hamilton, cousin of the bride, and Kennedy Helderman, niece of the bridegroom, were flower girls. Smith Hamilton, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer. Kelsie Pavlichek, cousin of the bride, was guest book and program attendant. Janet Harris, aunt of the bride, was the ceremony reader.

A reception followed in LeFer Ballroom at St. Mary-of-the-Woods. Brooke Truxal and Hillary Smith, sisters of the bridegroom, and Jenelle Morgan, sister-in-law of the bridegroom, were cake attendants.

 The couple took a wedding trip to Europe and now reside in Clinton.
