Arts Commission accepting grant applications

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Arts Commission is now accepting letters of intent and grant applications from organizations interested in applying for the Arts Operating Support III (AOS III)/Multi-Regional Arts Institutions grant program.

Formerly referred to as the Major Multi-Regional Arts Organization program, this grant program is available to those organizations that provide quality arts and cultural activities as a part of the organization’s primary mission.

Programming or services must reach a statewide or multi-regional audience with special attention to underserved areas. Visit www.in.gov/arts/2482.htm to view a map of the IAC regions.

Organizations interested in applying for this grant program must submit a letter of intent to apply. Letters of intent may be submitted by email to kdavis-smith@iac.in.gov. A letter of intent template can be found at: www.in.gov/arts/AOSIII.htm. Scroll down to “How to Apply.” Letters of intent must be received by the Indiana Arts Commission no later than 4:30 p.m. Feb. 13.

Guidelines for the grant program are available at: www.in.gov/arts/AOSIII.htm.

Applications may only be completed after submission of a letter of intent and a consultation with Kristina Davis. Applications must be submitted through Indiana Cultural Grants Online no later than 4:30 p.m. March 13.
