TERRE HAUTE — Girls in grades K-12 are invited to participate in Winter Blast from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 19 at the Terre Haute Family Y at 951 Dresser Drive. Girls can swim, enjoy the bounce house, and participate in the Girl Scout Program Zink the Zebra. Girls will also learn about current and future Girl Scouts of Central Indiana program opportunities, including the Girl Scout Cookie Program and summer camp.
The event fee for girls in grades K-12 is $3, while children 5 and under and adults may attend free. No event registration is required; just come join the fun! Winter Blast is open to girls who are not Girl Scout members. Due to limited space, registered Girl Scouts should refer to the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana Web site, girlscoutsindiana.com, for other planned activities. Parents must remain at the event.
