Myers Theatre opens ‘Musical Tale of Snow White’

Myers Dinner Theatre’s “Mirror: A Musical Tale of Snow White” opens on Wednesday, April 25.

The original show was created by two Indiana State University students. Bbook and lyrics are by Preston Dildine, and music is by Ian

Marshall. The new take on the classic fairy tale runs through May 12, with shows primarily on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons, and Friday and Saturday evenings.

Special Saturday morning shows are scheduled for May 5 and 12 at 10 a.m. with a cast talk-back after. A kid-friendly buffet will follow.

Other performances are available. Those interested should call for specific dates and times.

In this brand new musical, the 200-year anniversary of the Snow White story is celebrated through a vibrant retelling with a new script and new songs.

The cost for dinner and show is $36 (tax included); children-18 are $25. Group prices are available. Saturday morning children’s special performances are $25 per ticket, adult or child.

Show-only tickets are also available for $20. For show dates or reservations, call (765) 798-4902, ext. 2.
