It wasn’t easy, but Terre Haute South prevailed on the road in high school volleyball action at Linton, winning 21-25, 25-14, 25-23, 25-21 behind 18 kills by Brittney Pink.

The winning team shot a 302. Casey-Martinsville fired a 358 to place seventh.
Chris Lee of the CWM team was one of 10 individuals to qualify for the state finals to be played Friday and Saturday at Bloomington. He shot an 80.
