Championship games are slated tonight in Class A and 2A Illinois High School Association high school girls basketball regionals.
At Marshall, the 24-1 Lions will battle Newton for a 2A title. Other games will be played at the Class A Neoga site and at the 2A Tuscola site. Finalists were determined in semifinal games played Wednesday.

Boys basketball
n Casey 77, Paris 50 — At Casey, Ill., Trivette Scales led the Warriors with 33 points and Brandon Wolfe had 12.
Casey had a 32-9 lead after one period and led 50-25 at halftime to improve to 16-6. Paris dropped to 6-15 and was led by Zack Lueken with 15 points and Austin Temples with 11.
Casey will play Hutsonville-Palestine on Friday. Former standout David Collins will be inducted into the Casey Basketball Wall of Fame.

n Martinsville 73, Atwood-Hammond 69 — At Martinsville, Ill., the Bluestreaks won their second straight game in Little Okaw Valley Conference action after snapping an 18-game losing streak last week.
Zach Mulkins led the host team with a career-best 45 points. He had 43 against Cerro Gordo last week. Chris Lee added 12 points to the Martinsville totals.
Martinsville took a 24-20 lead after one period and was up 39-37 at halftime.
