ISU women fall by one at Illinois State

ISU has lost three MVC games by a single possession this season. The Sycamores fell to 11-7 and 3-4 in the MVC after the defeat.

ISU led as late as the 3:32 mark, but the Sycamores went scoreless until there were nine seconds left in the contest. The Redbirds had a 66-63 lead at the 2:42 mark and held on for dear life.

After Illinois State (13-6, 5-2) missed a free throw with 6 seconds left, Munn’s jumper was off-the-mark at the buzzer.
