TERRE HAUTE —
Recent Rose-Hulman graduate Jordan Goslee has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference honoree for the 2010 NCAA Woman of the Year Award, in results released by the NCAA on Monday.
Goslee was one of 452 senior female student-athletes nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award. The top 30 honorees, including 10 from each division, will be determined in September.
Goslee earned four first-team all-HCAC selections as the Rose-Hulman’s top softball pitcher from 2007-10. She was also named HCAC Pitcher of the Year in 2008. She pitched the first perfect game in Engineer softball history in a 2009 contest and has career records for pitching wins (38), strikeouts (513) and shutouts (15).
