Clark County FitWalk is planned for Sept. 26 to encourage Clark County and neighboring residents to become healthier and take an active role in exercising.
There are one- and-three-mile routes available to choose from.
The FitWalk will start at 1 p.m. at Mill Creek Park, north of Marshall, Ill.
Sponsored by the Clark County Health Department, the Clark County Park District, Clark County U of I Extension, Clark County Trails Coalition and the Casey in Action Park Project, the FitWalk also will help raise awareness and funds for non-profit organizations in Clark County promoting health and wellness.
