TH Children’s Museum offers free admission to veterans, active duty military, families


TERRE HAUTE — The Terre Haute Children’s Museum will offer free admission to veterans, active duty military and their families today in honor of Veterans Day.

To obtain free admission to the museum, veterans and active duty military must show proof of military service, such as a U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card or Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organization Card (American Legion, VFW) or a citation or commendation.

The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.

Regular museum admission is free for children under 3, $3 for children ages 3 to 12, $4 for adults and $3 for seniors.

Groups of 15 or more are $2.75 each. For every five children, one adult gets in free.
