Rose-Hulman dropped a 7-2 decision to Franklin College in a men’s tennis match featuring two three-set matches and three tiebreakers Saturday.
Senior Stephan Lemmer and sophomore Natt Moore led the Rose effort with straight-set wins at the No. 4 and No. 5 singles positions.
Rose-Hulman (0-3) will return to action with a home match against Wabash on March 21.

It was Rose men’s coach Jim Shaw performing the “Bernie Dance,” based on the deceased character from the 1989 movie “Weekend At Bernie’s.”
“For a second, I thought he was having a seizure,” senior starting guard Austin Weatherford said with a straight face later. -
