TERRE HAUTE — A Bible translation banquet, featuring guest speaker Grace Fabian, begins at 7 p.m. Friday in the Hilton Garden Inn at 700 Wabash Ave.
The program, a Wycliffe Associates presentation, is titled “Without God’s Word, They’re Being … Swept Away!”
Fabian and her late husband Edmund began serving in Papua New Guinea in 1969 as Bible translators. Fabian will share her passion for mission work and translating the Bible so that people around the world can read God’s message of love and forgiveness in their language.
