- — Keeping up with celebrity news is one thing, but celebrity real estate? This stuff is its own three-ring circus of house buying, selling and juggling. The proof comes with the latest round of rumors and celebrity house-hunting sightings chronicled from Tinseltown to the Big Apple.

As for that old wives tale about the holiday season being slow? Forget about it based on the recent real estate moves by some of the biggest stars on the big screen, little screen and the recording booth.

Ashton Kutcher Looks at $10.8 Million Bachelor Pad

According to X17 Exclusive, Ashton Kutcher reportedly took a tour of a 9,385-square-foot modern mansion overlooking Lake Hollywood (above). Quite a bold move for a newly-minted bachelor.

Now split from Demi Moore after six years of marriage, the new star of the sitcom "Two and a Half Men" is apparently hunting for a new place to call home. Or a really sweet place to party. Kutcher stopped by the 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom property before jetting to New York to promote his new movie "New Year's Eve."

X17 Exclusive isn't "100-percent certain Kutcher will make an offer," but the stunning home is sufficiently equipped for a discerning and deep-pocketed buyer. The place boasts retractable walls of glass, a floating dining room, private screening room, bar area, gym/massage room, master suite with spa-like bath, enclosed gardens, cantilevered decks, and an open sky terrace. Kutcher's prospective new pad is currently listed on the Hollywood Hills real estate market as a rental for $50,000/month and for sale at an asking price of $10.8 million.

Ryan Phillippe Lists Los Angeles Home for $7.45 Million, Again

About a year ago, 37-year-old actor Ryan Phillippe hoisted his nearly 7,500-square foot home onto the market for $7.45 million. Now, Huffington Post reports that Phillippe is taking a second shot at selling his Zen-style palace, re-listing the 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home for the same price. Phillippe's home (above) was built in 1998 and because of its combination of Asian and modern architecture was given the name “Rising Zen.”

The property features a state-of-the-art, two-story gym directly off the master suite, a media room, art studio, koi pond, a step-down bar with an aquarium backdrop, cook’s kitchen with breakfast area, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer fantastic views of Los Angeles.

Music-mogul couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z are on the lookout for a new home base as they count down the days until they become first-time parents. TMZ reports the power couple might be interested in livin' la vida loca, touring Ricky Martin's currently listed home in Miami Beach (above) on their mansion-hunt last week.

While "it's unclear if the couple is interested in making an offer," the expansive, waterfront home is surely fit for the two stars and their first born. Listed on the Miami Beach real estate market for $12.5 million, Ricky Martin's former home features 7 bedrooms, 8 full and 2 half bathrooms, a spacious gourmet kitchen, jacuzzi and pool. Martin purchased the home in 2005 for $10 million and originally listed the property for $16.9 million in 2007.

Blake Lively Tours New York Penthouse for Third Time

Could "Gossip Girl" star, Blake Lively be gifting herself a New York penthouse this Christmas? The New York Post reports the 24-year-old actress, recently linked to romances with Leonardo DiCaprio and Ryan Reynolds, looked at a gorgeous multi-million dollar Manhattan duplex penthouse for a third time. Apparently, the blonde bombshell has been spotted viewing the penthouse with her beau-of-the-moment, Ryan Reynolds. The pad that has piqued Lively's interest is located in the Grand Madison building (above) and features views of Madison Square Park and the Empire State Building from its 3 bedrooms, media area with kitchenette, library and two terraces.
