Home Used for Filming “Giuliana and Bill” Listed for $2.395 Million

Syndicated —

Reality TV couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic don't own the house that's featured on their show "Giuliana & Bill." In fact, the homes they own are primarily in Chicago, reports The Real Estalker. But for all intents and purposes, this property serves well as one of their many home bases and is the featured location for the show.

The traditional-style home sits in the quiet and celebrity-favored neighborhood of Brentwood, home to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Julie Andrews and most recently, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. Compared to those celebrity estates, the Rancic residence is modest, measuring 2,272 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The cul-de-sac lot has lush landscaping, pool and garden. French doors open out from the living areas to an outdoor patio. Inside, the home features the top-of-the-line amenities you would expect in a million dollar-plus home: marble counter tops and high-end appliances in the kitchen, hardwood floors and fresh coats of paint.

Giuliana is a long-time correspondent and host of E!, while Bill has his own TV experience when he won the 2004 season of "The Apprentice." Their reality show is in its fifth season.

The listing is held by Hugh Evans of Partners Trust.

According to Zillow's mortgage calculator, a monthly payment on the home would be $8,653, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year-mortgage.
