NOBLESVILLE — Mary Lee Wilkerson, of Noblesville and formerly of Madison, Ga., died Nov. 22, 2009. She was born June 11, 1919, in Madison, Ga., to Claude Almand and Lillian Jackson Almand.
Survivors include her daughter, Onna Lee Fishman; three grandchildren, Mara Lee and husband Ken Lee, Marc Fishman and wife Joni, and Michael Fishman; two great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Mary Lee was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, L.E. “Bud” Wilkerson, whom she married on Feb. 3, 1939. He died July 12, 1992. She also was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.
A graveside service will be held Friday, Nov. 27, 2009, at 2 p.m. at East View Cemetery in Conyers Ga. Scot Ward Funeral Services – Harry White Chapel, 1299 Milstead Ave., in Conyers assisted with arrangements.
