Kim Rene Effner, 52, of Terre Haute, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away on the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at Union Hospital. Kim was born in Texas on July 14, 1960, the daughter of James Dean and the late Alyson (Crownover) Effner. She deeply loved her family, especially her grandbabies and will forever be remembered for her beautiful heart and kind and caring nature.
She leaves behind her children, Brock Oeffler, Brittany Oeffler and Tyson Cargal; her father, James Dean; and her beloved partner, Clinton Lowry. Kim was the proud and adoring grandma of Hailey Cargal, Tyson Cargal Jr., Brycen Cargal, Breana Lynn Oeffler, Briley Cargal and Braxton Oeffler. Also left to cherish Kim’s memory are her siblings, Jaime Ridignero, Elaine Batchelor, Amy Cribelar, Jimmy Dean and Rhonda; nieces and nephews, Kyle Shannon, Jennifer Cofresi, Jordan Effner, Chelsey Lewis, Noah Cribelar, Morgan Cribelar; along with several other family members and friends.
A memorial and benefit will be Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at 4 p.m. at American Legion Post 290, located at 10522 Coxville Road, in Rosedale.
