Ida R. Wilson

PARIS, Ill. — Ida R. Wilson, 52, of Paris, passed away 2:35 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Ind. Ida was born July 16, 1960, in Paris, the daughter of Arnold Dean and Mary Lou Woods Wilson.

She was a member of Vermilion United Methodist Church in Vermilion. Ida was secretary of the Administration Board at the church and also served on various committees at church. She was employed at Cadillac Products in Paris.

She is survived by her mother; her brothers and sisters, Bob Wilson and his wife Debbie of Paris, Vicki Wilson of Paris, Sharon Cash and her husband Brad of Paris, Rhonda Givens of Vermilion, Deena Scott and her husband Bill of Bloomingdale, and Norman Wilson and his wife Lori of Paris; her numerous nieces and nephews; and her cousins.

Ida was preceded in death by her father; her grandparents, Norman and Gladys Woods, Bill and Freida Wilson; and her niece, Mindy Wilson.

Funeral services for Ida will be 10 a.m. CST Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home, 303 E. Wood St., in Paris, with Pastor Don Shane officiating.  Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forsythe Cemetery. Donations in memory of Ida may be made to Vermilion United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home. For more information and on-line condolences please go to:
