NASHVILLE, Ind. —
Bernice Salem Duvall, age 90, of Bloomington, passed away Saturday evening, Jan. 12, 2013, at Brown County Health and Living Center, in Nashville, Ind. She was born June 5, 1922, in Vigo County, to Arthur and Mabel Barbee Salem.
Bernice was a graduate of Wiley High School in Terre Haute; spent her professional career with the Wm. H. Block Company in women's clothing, in Indianapolis; and was a member of Sherwood Oaks Christian Church in Bloomington.
She is survived by son, David Duvall and wife Margaret of Bloomington; daughter, Chris Hart of Santa Ana, Calif., and several nieces and nephews. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Duval in 2000; sister, Nadene Seidel; and brother, Ralph Salem.
