TERRE HAUTE — Charlotte B. Gilbert, age 88, of Terre Haute, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at her home with her family by her side. She was born Jan. 18, 1924, in Brazil, as the daughter of Glen and Myrtle (Jameson) Dean. Following graduation from Brazil High School, she went to Business School and was secretary for Pfizer’s. She married Arnel Gilbert, who precedes her in death. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and brothers, Howard Dean and Harold Dean

She is survived by her sons, Stephen Gilbert (Kathy) of Brazil, Richard Gilbert (Jackie) of Shelburn, and Randall Gilbert (Cheryl) of Lawrenceburg, Ky.; grandchildren, Laura Beller (Randy), Jennifer Baker, Angie Weaver (Doug), Chad Gilbert (Kim), Taylor Gilbert, Tyler Gilbert, Brandy Hine (Scott), Shannon Hill (John), Amy Cook (Luke), and Dustin Gilbert (Hannah); great-grandchildren, Jesse Beller, Blake Baker, Jenna Baker, Ciera Henderson, Hayden Weaver, Jordan Gilbert, Mika Brown, Devin Hine, Brooklyn Hine, Sydney Hine, Payton Hill, Cole Hill, Adalyn Hill, Garrett Cook, Isabel Cook, Madison Gilbert, and Carter Barbarick; and great-great-grandchild, Regan Henderson
