Dorothy May Clements

TERRE HAUTE — Dorothy May Clements, 79, of Terre Haute, passed away at 11:48 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, in Union Hospital. She was born on June 19, 1933, to Ralph Walters and Ethel (Harris) Walters. Dorothy enjoyed playing games on her computer. She retired from housekeeping at Hamilton Center.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Lillard Clements, who passed away in 1984; her parents; and brothers, Robert Walters, Harold (Tuffy) Walters, Rex Walters, Wiley Walters, and Shirley (Jack) Walters. She is survived by her sons, James Parsons and wife Rae Ann, and Ronnie Jeffers; grandchildren, Kevin Parsons and Betty Jeffers; one great-grandchild; brother, Pearl Walters; and sisters, Georgia Matlock and Annetta Lindsay.

Funeral services have been scheduled for 12 noon on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E Springhill Drive. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Per Dorothy’s wishes, she will be cremated and buried in Fletcher Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
