TERRE HAUTE — Todd Allen Scank Sr., 47, of Terre Haute, passed away at 11:48 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, in IU Health in Indianapolis. He was born Dec. 20, 1964, in Terre Haute.

Survivors include a daughter, Sarah Jean Scank and her companion Kyle; a son, Todd Allen Scank Jr. and his companion Stormy; three grandchildren, Lora, Aidyn, and Nick; his girlfriend, Shelly Gilbert; his father and stepmother, Augustus Roy Scank and Mary Scank; his mother and stepfather, Evelyn and Barry Thompson; seven brothers, Gus Scank Jr. (Tracey), Rick Scank (Joyce), Jamie Shepard (Dena) Bradley King, Patrick Harmless, Steven Scank, and David Scank; two sisters, Teresa Scank, and Michelle Fletcher (Roger); his grandmother, Virginia Miller; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his life partner, Lora Lynn Osborne; his paternal grandparents; and his maternal grandfather.

He loved fishing, mushroom hunting, deer looking, and playing with the grandchildren.

Funeral services for Todd will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. Third St., in West Terre Haute, with the Rev. David Smith officiating. Burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Monday. The family suggests that if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to Todd Scank Memorial Fund to assist with expenses.
