  LONDON — A brutal attack in broad daylight near a military barracks in London left one man dead and two suspects hospitalized Wednesday after a shootout with police. British Prime Minister David Cameron said the attack appeared to be terror related.

ROCKVILLE — Patricia “Pat” J. Fisher, 83, of Rockville, passed away at St. Vincent Heart Center, in Carmel, on Nov. 25, 2012. She was born Sept. 19, 1929, in Grand Rapids, Mich., to Daniel Bruin and Eva June Hutchinson Bruin. She was a homemaker and attended Memorial Presbyterian Church, in Rockville.

She is survived by her best friend, Robert Fisher; daughter, Chris Stalker and husband Bob of Rockville; son, Roger Fisher of Rockville; two grandsons, Jeff Kerr, and Tony Wagner and his companion Sheri Bishop; two great-grandsons, Jaylan Kerr and Ryan Wagner; and special cousins, Joan Voigt, and Ralph and Mary Bruin.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, in Butler Funeral Home, 218 N. College St., with Wendy and Mark Olson officiating. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, from 4 to 7 p.m., and prior to services on Thursday. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery, following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Memorial Presbyterian Church, envelopes will be available in the funeral home during visitation.
