TERRE HAUTE —

Michael Chad Hild, 40, of Terre Haute went home to be with the Lord, Friday, August 10, 2012 in Union Hospital. He was born August 16, 1971, in Terre Haute to William Hild and Myra Wilbur Hild.

Survivors include his wife, Ashley Hild; his parents, William and Myra Hild; three sons, Michael V. Hild, Justin Hild, and Bradley Hild; stepson, Latron Buchanan; one daughter, Brooklyn Hild; two stepdaughters, Ellisha Medrano and Natalie Buchanan; one brother, Scott M. Hild and his wife Tammy; and a sister, Nicole Norris and her husband Paul.

Michael was a member of St. Joseph University Parish. He loved history and all types of sports.

Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2012 in St. Joseph University Parish with Friar Mark Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled prior to services from 9-11 a.m. in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 S. 25th Street. The family kindly requests that memorial contributions may be made to The Michael Chad Hild’s Children Trust Fund, c/o First Financial Bank Trust Department, First Financial Plaza, Terre Haute, IN 47807
