TERRE HAUTE —
Phyllis J. Huber, 82, of Terre Haute, passed away at Springhill Village. She was born on Dec. 6, 1930, in Clay County, to James and Gladys Miller.
Phyllis worked for Kay’s and Miller’s florist for several years. She belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of Post 972 and she was a member of Patricksburg United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Ernie Huber; a daughter, Shelby Bandy of Indianapolis; a son, Fred Huber and wife Kathy of Terre Haute; brothers, Chester Miller and wife Sue of Indianapolis, and Paul and Marilyn Miller of California; sisters, Shirley Graham and husband Don of Cloverdale, and Judy Johnson and husband Bob of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Kyle Bandy of Bloomington, Ind., Brandon Huber, and Brooke Frederick; three great-grandchildren, Blain Poland, Cadin Frederick, and Kennedy Frederick; and several nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, James and Gladys; sisters, Irene Amerman, and Maxine Riggs; and brothers, Glenn Miller, Kenneth Miller, and Rex Miller.
In lieu of flowers donations, can be made to Vista Care, 3401 South 4th St., Terre Haute, IN 47802. Services will be Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home, 7500 N.
