TERRE HAUTE —
Lillian B. La Vanne, 94, of Terre Haute, passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, in Meadows Manor North. Lillian was born in Florence, Wis., on Sept. 29, 1918, to Joseph Woods and Rosela Yousba Woods. She had formerly worked at Chesty and was retired from Columbia Records.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold J. La Vanne, who passed away in 2003. She is survived by one son, Don La Vanne and his wife Jennie Patrick La Vanne of Terre Haute; and a daughter, Kathi Chudoba and her husband Lou of Boynton Beach, Fla. She is survived by one sister, Carolyn Feinberg of Milwaukee, three grandchildren, Rob La Vanne of Terre Haute, Connie La Vanne of Indianapolis, and Phillip Chudoba of Boynton Beach; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, in Terre Haute. Visitation will be from noon until service time on Tuesday. The Rev.
