Gregory Lewis Sanders, age 49, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Thursday, Oct. 4. 2012. He was born June 1, 1963, in Eugene, Ore., to Richard Lyle Sanders and Betty Lucille Sanders.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Chatham; four sons, Hank Sanders, Gregory Sanders Jr. and Ashley Pickard, Richard Sanders III, and Buddy Sanders; daughters, Christie Meeker and Misty Meeker (who preceded him in death); grandchildren, Gregory Sanders III, Kyler Newhouse, Darrien Sanders, Ryan Sanders, Baily Sanders and Brighton Sanders; brothers, Richard Jr. and Kim, Mike and Maggie, Bryan, and David and Rachel; his wife, Loretta Sanders; his partner, Glenda Rudisel; a stepbrother, Mike Chatham; a multitude of nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; and several cousins.
There will be a Celebration of Life, with a small service from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at King’s Harvest Foursquare Gospel Church, 1801 Harding, with his brother, Pastor Mike, and Pastor Leek officiating.
