MARSHALL, Ill. — Freddie Lee Kimbrell Jr., 47, of Marshall, passed away suddenly Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born to Freddie Lee and Viola Alice Kimbrell, in Olney, Texas, on Nov. 24, 1965.

Freddie was a member of New Life Fellowship. He loved his wife; his dog, Alleighia; and his cat, Jazz Man. Freddie enjoy racing, and Jeff Gordon.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Viola Alice Kimbrell. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Tyra Sue Johnson Kimbrell; his father, Freddie Lee Kimbrell Sr.; sister, Sandra (Daniel) Rolen; niece, Megan Rolen; great-nephew, Chanton Walley; and special friends, Steve and Cheryl Dickerson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at New Life Fellowship, 7849 Wabash Ave., in Terre Haute, Ind., with Pastor Jeff Harpole officiating and burial to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. The family will accept friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. Third St., in West Terre Haute. Memorial Contributions may be made to New Life Fellowship Youth Group or the American Cancer Society.
