Carter H. Floyd, 51, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at 10:20 p.m. in Meadows Manor East Convalescent & Rehabilitation. He was born Oct. 13, 1960, in Peru, Ind., to Clarence D Floyd and Gladys Grigsby Floyd. He worked in grounds maintenance at Indiana State University and was a member Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a brother, Jeff Floyd and his wife Lorie of Terre Haute. He also is survived by one niece, Morgan Floyd.
