TERRE HAUTE — James E. Behem, 76, of Terre Haute, passed away Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, in Union Hospital. He was born in Terre Haute, on Jan. 16, 1936, to Paul E. Behem and Marie I. Wilson Behem. He was a salesman for Waterway Ag, Inc.. and a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Travis Behem and Jamie Behem; and one grandson, Josh Behem. Also surviving is one sister, Joan Curry; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Ralph Behem Jr.

His memberships include the Riley American Legion Post 328 and Terre Haute Eagles Lodge.

Funeral services will be held in DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Drive, on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at 1 p.m., with Pastor David Deal officiating. Entombment will follow in Roselawn Mausoleum. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Riley American Legion or charity of choice. Online condolences may be left at:
