BRAZIL — John A. Randall, 69, of Brazil, passed away at 8:16 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012. He was born Aug. 5, 1943, in Little Rock, Ark., to Charles Randall and Goldie Randall Head. He was an U.S. Army Airborne veteran, he served in Vietnam with the 101st and was wounded in action.

He was a member of Higher Ground Christian Church and Grace Temple. He loved camping, hunting, and being outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Goldie; two brothers, Frank Randall and Robert C. Randall; one grandchild, Justin Mathew Randall. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Connie Randall; daughters, Morna Kline and husband Tony and Amanda Randall and husband Walter; sons, John Randall and wife Christina, Marion Starr, Charles A. Randall and wife Leslie, and Donald R. Randall and wife Wendy; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews

A memorial service will be Friday, Sept. 10, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Grace Temple Church at 23rd and Maple in Terre Haute, with the Rev. Dave Fleetwood officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Mattox-Wood Funeral Home.
