TERRE HAUTE — Helen C. (Klotz) Nesbit, age 93, passed away Thursday evening, Feb. 16, 2012, at Kindred Transitional Care in Greenwood. She was a resident of Bargersville and former resident of Terre Haute. Helen was born Dec. 12, 1918, in Terre Haute, to the late John and Lulu (Ronan) Klotz. She was a 1937 graduate of Gerstmeyer Technical High School. She retired in 1975 from Quaker Maid after 25 years of service.

Survivors include one daughter, Margi and husband Allen Logan of Bargersville; one grandson, Cary and wife Rachelle Morris of Greenwood; and two great-grandchildren, Evan Morris of Greenwood, and Brooke Morris of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; and sister-in-law and best friend, Eva Klotz of Terre Haute.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Nesbit in 1994; two brothers, Jennings and Tom Klotz; and one sister, Margaret (Klotz) Newport.

Father Edmund Goldbach will conduct a memorial service at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27, 2012, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 111 S. Ninth St., in Terre Haute, with interment at noon Monday in Roselawn Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation and Personalization Center, in Morgantown. Condolences to the Nesbit family can be made at:
