David L. Sullivan, 35, of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, in his residence. David was born June 10, 1977, in Terre Haute, to Charles E. Sullivan and Janielle Weaver Sullivan.

David enjoyed recreational vehicles, especially running 4-wheelers and dirt bikes anytime he could. He loved his children and his family.

David was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his stepmother, Wanda Sullivan; one son, Charles Wendell Glen Sullivan; two daughters, Mackinzie Elaine Sullivan and Janielle Denise Sullivan; three brothers, Allen Sullivan, Steven Sullivan, and Robert Johnson; two sisters, Michelle Cooper and Patricia Dunn. He also is survived by several nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

A celebration of life will be Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at 5 p.m. at Maplewood Christian Church, 2000 North 13th St., in Terre Haute, with Pastor Craig Wininger officiating. Greiner Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at: www.greinerfuneralhome.com
