Michael R. Ripple, 57, of Bloomington, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. He was born April 6, 1955, in Terre Haute, the son of Manford and Betty (Lofton) Ripple.
Michael was the owner and operator of A1 Locksmith in Bloomington.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Kelly Ripple; two daughters, Cathy Runyon and Cindy Ripple; two stepdaughters, Holly Hill and Michelle “Shelly” Double; one grandson; three granddaughters; four stepgrandchildren; four sisters, Debby Day, Carol Derflinger, Karen Bauer, and Dianna Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at South Union Christian Church in Bloomington. Online condolences to the family can be made at:
