TERRE HAUTE —
Phyllis A. Hodges, 70, a lifelong Terre Haute resident, passed away comfortably on Feb. 27, 2013, with her family by her side. She was born on Nov. 8, 1942, to Henry and Helen Lubbehusen Stewart, and they have preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church.
Her survivors are her husband, Robert Hodges, to whom she was married on Nov. 24, 1962; two sons, Jeff Hodges and his wife Stacey, and Brad Hodges and his wife Jackie. Other survivors include a daughter-in-law, Natali Stadler; four brothers, Jim Stewart, Bill Stewart, John Stewart and Greg Stewart; two sisters, Susie Aaron and Jeanine James; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Another son, Tray Hodges, also has preceded her in death.
A private memorial mass will be held in St. Benedict's Catholic Church at a later date. In keeping with her wishes, the arrangements are being handled by DeBaun Funeral Homes and Crematory, where online condolences may be offered at:
