Ronald D. Barnhart, 69, of Terre Haute passed away on July 18, 2012 at 2:44 p.m. in Union Hospital Terre Haute. He was born on Feb. 18, 1943, in Terre Haute to Carl H. Barnhart and Margaret L. Adelsberger Barnhart.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his daughters; Sherri Phillips of West Terre Haute, Winnie Caskey of Charleston, Ill., Valerie Lee Funk of Osceola, Iowa and Julia Telschow of Baton Rouge, La.; a son Aaron Barnhart of Terre Haute; two brothers, three sisters; and also, five grandchildren and his companion Veneta Benton of Terre Haute.
Per his wishes, cremation has been chosen and there is no visitation or service. Frist Funeral Home in Clinton handled the arrangements.
