TERRE HAUTE — Judy Ann Huffman Turner, 58, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at her residence, from a long illness. Judy was born Jan. 12, 1955, to Mack and Norma Huffman.

Judy and her husband were co-owners of Turner Coaches, Inc., until retiring in 2010. Judy attended Otter Creek Middle School and Garfield High School.

Judy is survived by her husband of 41 years, John R. “Bob” Turner; two children, Nickie Rearden and husband Jeremy, and Holly Seale and husband Chuck; grandchildren, Brittney Rearden, Jared Rearden, Turner Seale, Preston Seale and Ashlyn Seale; mother, Norma Huffman; brother, David Huffman; many nieces and nephews and a special friend, Gretchen Curtis.

She was preceded in death by her father, Mack Huffman; and sister, Joyce Huffman. Judy loved the outdoors. She loved gardening, her Koi fish pond, antiquing and enjoying time around the swimming pool with friends and family.

Visitation is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb 23, 2013, at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home, 4660 N. Lafayette Ave. The Rev. Bill Herb will be officiating a service after the visitation. There will be a private burial for the family at a later date. All are welcome to attend a dinner at the Sandcut Fire House immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: CMD Research Fund c/o UCHC in her grandson, Turner Seale’s name at: Dr. Ernst Reichenberger CMD Research Fund, 263 Farmington Ave., Farmington, CT 06030-3705.
