CLAY CITY — Rosemary Putoff, 89, a lifelong resident of Clay City, passed peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at Shakamak Retirement Community, Jasonville.

She worked in the Clay City School cafeteria for 30 years. She was a member of the former United Brethren Church of Clay City.

Rosemary is survived by her sister, Betty R. Fritz of Clay City. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, William and Mabel (Storm) Putoff of Clay City; two brothers: Glenn A. “Put” Putoff of Clay City and Richard E. Putoff of Terre Haute.

Pastor Ken Coffman will officiate graveside services at Maple Grove Cemetery in Clay City today, Nov. 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. To light a candle in her memory visit:
