Robert J. Baldridge, 81, of Terre Haute, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, at Union Hospital. He was born on Feb. 13, 1931, to Francis Baldridge and Gladys (Bales) Baldridge. Robert served his country in the United States Air Force.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Juanita (Bretz) Baldridge; son, Richard Baldridge and his wife Cheryl; grandchildren, Pe’a Baldridge and Juanita Naomi Tukia; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at Northside Church of Christ, 1356 5th Ave., in Terre Haute. Mike Ferris will be officiating. Burial will be at Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The family has entrusted DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E Springhill Drive, with making arrangements.
