TERRE HAUTE —

Beth Ann Butwin, 33, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012. She was born on May 19, 1979, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Frank J. Butwin and Shirley A. (Williams) Butwin. Beth was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg, Ohio, and a longtime resident of the Werner group home in Portage, Ohio.

Beth is survived by her loving parents, Frank and Shirley, of Perrysburg; brother, Benjamin J. Butwin of Perrysburg; grandmother, Betty Butwin of Terre Haute; eight uncles and three aunts; as well as numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank E. Butwin, and Roy and Mary Williams; and an uncle, Dan Butwin.

Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio, (419-874-3133), where a scripture service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday evening. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 E. Front St., Perrysburg, Ohio, at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Rose Catholic Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Wood Lane Residential Services Inc., 545 Pearl St., Bowling Green, Ohio, 43402. Condolences may be made to the family at:
