Mozine V. Murphy, 77, died on Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at Terre Haute Regional hospital in the presence of her loving family. She was born Oct. 10, 1935, in Evansville, Ind., to Mose and Clara (Johns) Williams. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Murphy; and daughter, Janet Murphy. She is survived by two sons, Larry Murphy (Falon) and Danny Hatfield, both of Terre Haute; one daughter, Nadine Whitlock of Terre Haute; one brother, Felix Williams (Queenie) of Gary, Ind.; one sister, Sheryl Davis of Terre Haute; special niece, Joan David of Evansville; seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services will be Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at 12 noon at Good Shepherd Baptist Church with the Bishop Quentin Isabell officiating. Burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is 10 am until services.
