TERRE HAUTE — Belinda Whitlock, 52, of Terre Haute died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in Union Hospital. She was a Respiratory Therapist at Terre Haute Regional Hospital and the former Mary Sherman Hospital in Sullivan. She was born July 14, 1959, in Sullivan to Joseph C. Morris and Mary D. Taylor Morris.  

Survivors include two sons, Jesse D. Whitlock, III and Eric Whitlock both of Terre Haute; a daughter, Shenee L. Whitlock of Terre Haute; her mother, Mary D. Morris of Sullivan; a brother, Charles Taylor of Colorado; four sisters, Fannie M. Howard and Teresa A. Flowers both of Bellville, IL, Bettie J. McCargo and her husband Bornie and Delores Blakemore and her husband Brian all of Terre Haute; a grandson, Malik Whitlock of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse D. Whitlock and her father, Joseph C. Morris.

Belinda was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Order of the Eastern Star Bethlehem Chapter #6 and was a volunteer with Covenant Cooperative Ministries.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012, in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street, with Reverend Terry Clark officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 3 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home with an Eastern Star Memorial Service at 4 p.m.
