Todd Allen Scank Sr., 47, of Terre Haute, passed away at 11:48 p.m., Wednesday Dec. 5, 2012, in Indiana University Health, in Indianapolls, Ind.

He was born Dec. 20, 1964, in Terre Haute.

Survivors include: a daughter, Sarah Jean Scank; a son, Todd Allen Scank Jr.; his girlfriend, Shelly Gilbert; his father and stepmother, Augustus Roy Scank and Mary Scank; his mother and stepfather, Evelyn and Barry Thompson; seven brothers, Gus Scank Jr. (Tracey), Rick Scank (Joyce), Jamie Shepard (Dena) Bradley King, Patrick Harmless, Steven Scank, and David Scank; two sisters, Teresa Scank, and Michelle Fletcher (Roger); his grandmother, Virginia Miller; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his life partner, Lora Lynn Osborne; his paternal grandparents, and his maternal grandfather.

He loved fishing, mushroom hunting, deer looking and playing with the grandchildren.

Funeral services for Todd will be 11 a.m. Monday, in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Smith officiating. Burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Monday. The family suggests that if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Todd Scank Memorial Fund to assist with expenses.
