TERRE HAUTE —
Nancy Ann Howard, 44, of West Terre Haute, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013. She was born Sept. 14, 1968, in Terre Haute, to Bill Howard Sr. and Annie Howard.
Survivors include two daughters, Cortnee Houghton and Chelsey Laycock; her parents; a sister, Sue Gillie; a brother, Bill Howard Jr. and his wife Marla; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her dog, Precious. She was preceded in death by her boyfriend, Darrell “Bones” Lamb; her brother-in-law, Jim Gillie; and her grandparents, Jack and Florence Belleu.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Thursday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dennis Leek officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Memorial Park. Visitation will be 1 p.m. until service time Thursday. The family suggests that if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Nancy Howard Memorial Fund, with envelopes available in the funeral home.
